ZCS Series Forage Quantitative Packing System

1. CONSTRUCTION

1.1 The system has quantitative electronic scale and selecting parts (conveyor, stitching machine, pneumatic system and heart-sealing machine).

1.2 The feeding part of system selects cylinders and belt to control the feeding speed.

It used to quantitative automatic weighing, filling, accumulate weight and times, gasing, manual aided stitching or heat-sealing and bag conveying in forage mill or other fine materials factory.

3. CHARZCTERISTIC

3.1 Take 3 speeds feeding to guarantee the precision at mini weight and the speed at max weight.

3.2 The height of bag stitching machine, conveyor and heat-sealing machine can be adjusted to suit vary bags.

3.3 There is shock-absorbing device in weighing system, to avoid other shock effecting weighing system.

3.4 There is directing device in bag conveyor to guarantee work normally.

4. FUNCTION

4.1 there is function of detecting materials in system.

4.2 Processes function of automatic adjusting dribble feeding weight.

4.3 Processes function of self-test. Error pilot and display fault code.

4.4 Has interfere connecting with computer in system.

4.5 Has password to control accumulating number in system.

4.6 Can pre-set packing number in system.
